Eat the colours of the rainbow – Add lots of bright different coloured fruit and veggies to your plate.
Always go green!
Green veggies such as broccoli, spinach, kale, courgettes contain so many amazing vitamins, minerals and fibre which can keep our digestive system happy and even help with weight loss.
Replace starchy carbs like potatoes, bread and pasta with a selection of green vegetables and you might find losing weight a whole lot easier!
