Are you looking to help improve the health and well-being of young people not in education, employment or training (NEET)? Our 2 day healthy lifestyle course runs from 10am – 2pm and includes physical activity, educational and interactive workshops and a healthy lunch is also provided.
Our course predominately focuses on healthy lifestyles but key life and employability skills are also included.

This course is designed for individuals who are at entry or pre-entry level, therefore the programme will be tailored to suit individual participant needs, and this includes: assisted 1-2-1 mentor support for participants with learning difficulties; small group settings with the option for 1-2-1 support if needed and reflective sessions at the end of the day to gain learner feedback on the programme and how it is being ran.
On completion of the programme, each participant will receive a certificate to say that they have attended the programme and learnt key skills they can then take into employment, education or further training.
Full cost for 2 day course: £280.00 per person.
The minimum number for the course to be run is 4 people.
